It’s so pretty!! I love the iridescent colors. The sparkly foil on just the decal is such a cool idea. This is SO ME every time I make tumblers!! You are not alone. I’m ready to throw my Cricut out the window. Keeping it PG is part of why I do voice overs. 😂

The tumbler turned out beautiful.💙💙💙💙 This is what I love about your videos. Firstly, because of the time and dedication, and secondly, because you incorporate the mistakes in them and thus help us learn. Thank you for that. Personally, it helps me a lot, because I don't feel the pressure that everything has to be perfect. ❤❤❤❤

No one is perfect! ❤ sometimes these struggles hit hard with the loss of supplies and TIME or not meeting a deadline when you’re normally an on time kind of person. I have been doing this for four years and even still…every now and then there’s that one cup or even a whole week of mishaps lol

I looooooooooove this! I’m so glad you were an affiliate and battled through all of the challenges. Good always prevails! I’m sure yours is the WINNER! PS: I’m always sure to use your discount codes when I visit Chase Rae AND Gracefully Created. I don’t remember if I used it with my glamour tribe order, though. But, I will on this next round!

I also have repelling issues and the way I got around that is I coat my tumbler with UV resin first.
@MsWendalina13 сағат бұрын
I’m going to have to try this. Thanks for the tip :)
@brittanybarnesboutique4 сағат бұрын
This is a great idea! Just as long as your uv resin has the same anti yellowing properties as your epoxy that you use. ❤

You poor thing! All that stress. But that cup is stunning. I think the snowflake vinyl you ended up with works so well with the peekaboo you chose, and the foils add that final special touch.

I agree! The end result was better than my first choices! Thank you

Love how it came together....and that bow!!!! That foil is everything on it!!! Could you glue and foil it before putting it on the cup if you used transfer tape that has most of the tack gone? My eyes are getting too bad to be so precise with the glue....and maybe lazy lol. Beautiful cup!!
@brittanybarnesboutique4 сағат бұрын
I did this on the Santa decal on the og tumbler! The problem was when I applied the decal to the cup after the adhesive and foil…the decal was still a hair tacky and was difficult to get it pressed down without smearing the tacky glue and foils. 🥴 causing the repelling over the decal. It was actually way easier to apply the decal first then glue and foils. Just have a baby wipe handy and you can grabbany mishaps out of like while you’re painting on the glue

I hold my breath every time you apply an offset😅

5:31 I have repelling issues literally every tumbler I make. Granted, I’ve only made five or six tumblers so far and it might just be my lack of experience, but regardless it’s super frustrating 😤

In the end, the cup was beautiful, but I'm just curious... when the vinyl didn't line up, and you had the smallest of gaps, why not just put a striping over the gap, and maybe a stripe or 2 on either side of that to save that vinyl? I promise, this isn't a sarcastic question, just genuine curiosity
@brittanybarnesboutique4 сағат бұрын
Good question! Had this been a solid piece of vinyl I would have 100% used a slim piece of matching vinyl to cover the gap. But since we had offsets to apply…our offset wouldn’t have fit properly and I would have had to epoxy in between the pin stripe to cover the gap and the offset causing it to be a little thicker too.
