I had a bit of a difficult time to assemble the box as not all of tags worked all together, but I managed to tag most of them anyway. Also, do you think that keeping records stored in this box may have risk of mold or humidity? What would you recommend to avoid eventual mold and humidity?

I wouldn't store this in a location without mold and humidity deterrents.

My worry is that you will not be able to lift it if you put 75 records in there. It will be over 50 lbs. Did you fill it up? Can it hold them without falling apart? Otherwise, nice review of assembling it.

You would place the box into position first, then fill it.

My wife bought me one for Fathers day, and I can say that I used mine to transport records from room to room. The bottom will bust out after a few uses. The carry handles are deceptive.
