Viofo A119S V2 with V4.0 firmware in Heavy Rain, Fog & Only Headlight Lighting

This was a clip i just wanted to show on how well this camera works for around its $70 cost.
I know the video stutters at points.
I realized when rendering this video that my SD card does not have the write speed to do 1080p 60 + the new (as of v4.0 firmware) high bit-rate mode enabled.
I have since turned it to 1080p30 + High bit-rate, and it does not stutter.
