One day you’re gonna make one of those videos on my story. I couldn’t do it without content like this though. I was going through such a rough time at 400 lbs and taking life for granted. I was weak and didn’t believe in myself then I got in a wreck and I got a new chance at life. During that period I had a lot of down time and started watching videos that would motivate me to transform my body and mind. Stumbling upon channels like this inspired me to not only take action but to realize I could help others change their life too. 225 pounds, 500 miles running, countless hours of community service, over 20k raised for charity and 2 years later I am finally making my stuff happen! Thank you so much for helping make that happen 😊

So true, thank you sister Viola for keeping it real. Many of us who have made it have forgotten that it was others who helped them along their journey, and how quick some of us have forgotten to even acknowledge, those who have sacrifice their lives to help us to accomplish the what, and the who we have now become. However God has given me a vision, and I intend to do it just the way he told me it doesn't matter what the demons do because I know he has been with me in all my persecution and trials. Therefore, I draw out strength, every day by the biblical truth in th e Gospel of John, Jesus was arrested taking to be crucified... All his Disciples left him except John who was at the foot of the Cross with him until Jesus took his last breath. One of the gift Jesus has given me is to know who is true, to him and who are the hypocrites. Blessings! to you Sister Viola and your family. Let your light shine. God never forsake his Children.

And got down on my knees & close my eyes, I putted my hands together & said: “God, if you exist, if you love me, you’ll take me away from this life... I’m going count to ten & I’ll open my eyes & I wanna be gone! Have you heard me!!?? And I opened my eyes & I was still there”. How do you rise out of the anger of the injustice: “Oh my God, I don’t necessarily feel that I’m out of the anger”. The anger for the injustices experienced, in childhood, in teenage time, WILL NEVER END. You only learn to live with those scars. Making sure, not to reopen those scars, with more injustices & abuses & make them bleed again.
