Hello dear Frances. Thank you for this meditation. I believe I am going through cleaning / healing process since last night. This morning I found your video. While I was listening to it my emotions woke up again. I fellt like if I had some heavy burden on my heart. Feeling of being trapped. Then I felt sadness and I cried. Right now I feel clarity. This meditation was helpful to me. I still have a lot of work to do but I am so grateful that I found this video. I believe it will help me to proceess my old energy that serves me no longer. I forgive. Thank you.♾🙏
