That’s because a lot of the older players have taken long breaks or quit because SSO has gotten very dead. I am only like 7.6k from level 22 only bc I haven’t taken breaks and I’ve done rep. I’m not on very often anymore bc SSO is kinda dead and there’s nothing to do
