But I think it' GREAT the way you make it feel aggressive and with a touch of annoying, conveying the REALITY of the way bees are! I think Romsky-Korsakov would have LOVED your interpretation. And it makes it so much fun! Please don't stop doing it, wonderful idea!

I love the fact that Jasmine and Ray are peers who can learn from each other! They have so much to offer. Ray's "bee" was too aggressive, as he acknowledged.

I think every instrument has its own unique sound and beauty. We enjoy all of them. Thank you both for that beauty of music. The flute is amazing too. Thanks Jasmine and Ray.

violin is a bit harder to get your fingers in the right place and on tune. And you have a bow to keep up as well as with your fingers.😅 with the flute, you have to blow in correctly, plus you have to press several keys to get somewhere, etc. But I think both instruments have their difficulties. As Ray said, violin does sound more annoying:)

I confess, I'm one of the people who called Ray's Bumblebee crazy, but, well... bees can get mad sometimes, so I don't really think that's a bad interpretation!😆 Jasmine's flute version is just a happy bee going about it's normal business 🐝🌸 😄 Loved the video! 💕

You are each magnificent and very enjoyable together. The violin sounds more like a guy bee, a Drone if you will. I thrill to the angry crab and Ray Chen is great but you make it sound commanding yet alluring, like a Queen Bee, Ms. Choi. I really enjoy the dual interpretation. Flute scores of Christmas music on the violin all year long is my peace and relaxation. Thank you both for the many interesting videos.

Back when I studied this piece, my flute teacher asked me to do the main part in a jazz flute style, which makes the sound less smooth - and more bumble-bee-like!
