Smt Padma Shankar madam, you are very well versed with Illayaraja's style of music. As a sincere student of music, I am sure you would have heard innumerable melodies of mellisai mannargal (visvanathan-ramamurthy). There were so many wonderful tunes where violin was given a major share. Shri T.K.Rammamurthy was a genius. Have you played their tunes? Notable was " kan pona pokkilae kaal pogalama " from the film " panam padaithavan ". Also " maalai pozhuthin mayakathilae " by p.susheela from the film " bhaghyalakshmi ". Also so many MD's like Papanasam Sivan, C.R.Subburaman, G.Ramanathan, S.V.Venkataraman, K.V.Mahadevan etc etc have given us so many exciting gems.

No doubt that you are well educated and you have a great knowledge of music and very talented. With years of experience by accompanying great and various musicians, past and present, you have gained more in knowledge of music. Also you have the most important aspects of life to counter various situations in life. That is the arresting smile and sense of humour. Maha Maha Periyavaa's aasirvatham and anugraham paripoornam.
