Can we use different projector and use calibration in your program to achieve one large single image?

Yes in general, brand and make does not matter. Keep in mind, all projectors will be dimmed to match the darkest, so try to position/zoom for equal brightness. You might also consider building a stack for extra brightness, by pointing all projectors to the same area and disable blending by check "stacking mode".
