There are many JJ videos on here, however this is a bit different in that it features the run from the point of view of being aboard and outside on the pan. I was lucky enough to draw the highest card, giving me prime position behind Andrew Panton, making for an unforgettable experience.

Holy Moly!! That's fantastic news for a Yank across the pond Mr. Hayton. I'm pushing 82 so I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be able to view the event on You-tube. I don't think I can make another trip to England so I'll just hope I'm still around for the event. I am somewhat surprised about this as I was under the belief that the aircraft had serious main spar problems and the replacement cost precluded a total restoration.I know how you felt in that a/c because I had the same feeling on my first B-17 ride.

Thanks, yes very much worth the wait - not cheap at £355 and o one year waiting list....check back later in the year for video of me flying on the Canadian Lancaster and flying with a Spitfire....
