Abhishek, I also have Mo and Ra in 9th house. Mo is squeezed between AK Sa and Ra, so heavily afflicted. I also have Ra-Mo conjunction in D9 chart, so maybe I have Shakti Yoga. According to Sage Jaimini, it´s formed when 1. both Ra and Mo are conjunct in the 5th or the 9th house. 2. One of them is placed in 5th or 9th house and the other aspects the 5th or 9th house. 3. Both of them aspect the 5th or 9th house without being placed there. The yoga also needs to be present in D9 along with Rasi.

I myself have got 3 retro planets (venus and mercury in Pisces and Saturn in Scorpio) )in my chart and my bhav chalit is very different from birth chart. Pisces disappears from 4th house and Virgo from 10th... Satrun comes to Libra in 11th from 12 in Scorpio so I get totally confused while predicting my own chart!!!
