viper uses hitfilm i believe, but he paid for the text tho an alternative one you can use is davinci resolve, which is free and includes a majority of features without paying, plus no watermark

if you haven't gotten an editor yet, and you're on windows 10 you can use the one that's already on your computer. comes with windows preinstalled, just look up video editor in the search bar, you can make text pretty easy in it.
