Bro those charges are proteins i.e histones.... These will be attracted to DNA as DNA is negatively charged so as to adjust DNA inside the small nucleus.....

Bhai vha sir ne diploid no. Of base pair bola h . 3.3×10^9 23 chromosome (happoid) k liye hota h . Diploid case me 46 chromosome k hisaab se 6.4 bn ho jayegi bp ki no.
