Hello! I had originally applied a few years ago but then went and got a masters and some other credentials including a TEFL certification. They say I can’t update the basic info so should I create a new profile or will there be a way to let them know of these updates for consideration in the hiring process?

I am at the final step - I needed a little extra time to have my college transcripts mailed to me and finally submitted everything and every time I go to the teacher portal it continues to say "under review." Do you know approximately how long the review process takes? I had a live chat with someone in customer service and to be honest I got a very vague answer. I'm really excited to get started.
