I have type 4b hair and this was hand down the best detangling hair brush I've ever used. I will agree with you on the handle; it could be made with a better grip, but other than that, I love it.

The way you whipped out the doll 🤣 A brush similar to this brush is the Philips Flex brush (a cheaper version of the Curl Keeper brush). I enjoyed it for a while, really liked how easy it was to clean it and that my ends didn't get snagged on he bristles. But I suddenly felt like it was causing more harm than good; I was influenced to get the Denman 38 paddle brush (due to AfrikanHairGod) and I love it. Cleaning it is annoying, but it detangles my hair so fast when it's curly and when my hair is blow dried.

You're funny 😂 new viewer here. Ive seen this in ads all over social media some giving discounts or free but pay for packaging. Was gonna buy but thought 'let me check amazon' all way cheaper than the ads but none of the ads had type 4/afro hair, so i thought lets check KZbin and see if this is the real deal. I find this brush works best when the hair is freshly washed and has been saturated. My 12yr old daughter has type 4 hair and super thick, just like yours, and it does great. I def don't think it's going to last long and the handle is way too short. We love our FL brush the best though. Your hair is gorgeous girl❤

I've had the exact same brush except from a different brand and it was a decent detangling brush but I felt like I had to do a more passes and didn't really feel like it was getting all of shedding hairs out so I definitely agree with you about the brush the only brush I use to detangle my hair is the denman d38 paddle brush works really well love the review❤❤

It was about the same as my tangle teezer tbh. I dont see it as a bad or better brush. My hair is 4b The Felicia Leatherwood brush that i was recieved was waayyyy too hard/stiff.
