Someone mentioned that the characters look like they have the same face, but the real issue is actually the silhouette of the characters. Try blocking out characters in black silhouettes and ensure you can easily tell the difference between them. It's an old animator tactic and it's why every cartoon character seems to have wacky hair styles and unique features. I'd suggest trying to do something fancy with those cool looking electro horns. Make them look more different and varied. The cheek fluff could get a bit more stylish (maybe? ), and don't forget other fancy headwear and clothing can really help too. I see you making effort in some of these categories. You got a lot of bust and headshots, so the silhouette of the head chest and neck is probably most important.
