This warms my heart and brings back great memories of Belgium. I visited Belgium on a study abroad of a few European countries and it was my favorite place. I've always wanted to go back but never made it there. I found the people so friendly and welcoming. Also that little girl can dance! You can see she and her teacher really care for each other.
