I have a question. Why did you heat bond the letters when you appliqué the design? Sewing shoudl have been enough to secure it. A sure fire way of perfect placement is marking the stabilizer and garment. Also printing out the design on paper will help with perfect placement. Lastly, putting painters tape around your hoop when using spray adhesive will keep your hoop from getting sticky. I’m not trying to be a smarty pants, but I’ve been sewing for since I was 8 (now 60) and machine embroidering since 2011. I did enjoy your vlog very much your are a natural. I hope to learn more about embrilliance from you, expecially since I bought it and have not used it yet. May your days be filled with Good Sewing.

Hello . I use heat and bond because it helps with fraying and if you bond the letters to the shirt with the heat and bond it holds up better in the wash. Thanks for the tips. I would say something with at least 8x8 hoop size anything less in my opinion you will grow out of sooner than you think.
