The beauty of the entire thing is that he's now the Oga at the top. The great lesson to everyone that's reading/watching this piece is that we may mess up or goof at some points in our lives, we shouldn't feel downcast. Pick yourself up, learn from your mess and keep moving. We shall all get there... Cheers to Oga at the top

I just learnt something from his experience.....in those moments we mess up and feel like having the ground open and that we vanish, we always need that caring and trusted voice that will utter those golden words, healing words and encouraging words to us.....reminding us that we are humans and we can live or do better next time. Many people have committed suicides or remained depressed for the rest of their lives because no one came for them. There are moments when your humanity will embarrass you and crush your high levels, it takes a mature and good fellow to hug you and tell you it is never the end of you and there are more good things about you than those faults

You can see the lifelong discipline and resilience of a true military man. A dedicated and loyal servant to the core and clearly contented in himself and life. He said; we are in that age. We cant go to back the 70's. His only sin was he was not in quote a big talker The lesson is; people may try and magnify your weaknesses failures or lack of it but look what came of it. God bless you Sir

It is great to him redeemed himself with this display of confidence and his brilliant self.

tbh i never saw him as mediocre from a one minute gawk up in an hours interview, he spoke really well as a civil defense operator was very articulate about all that, only gaffed when thrown outside his knowledge zone, also we born in a digital age shouldnt be so nose up about people that had a different background a lot of them with the same exposure would be way smarter than most of us in the mainstream internet

What I deduced from the interview was: #1. He was suspended for a month. #2. Thereafter reinstated to Oyo command. #3. His promotion was pegged till retirement. Lessons from Mr. Shem. #1. He is a very loyal man. He doesn't even want to go into details of the negative mistreatment he received. Not ready to "spill the beans". #2. He maintained a positive outlook during his ordeal.#3. HE MARRIED A GOOD AND SMART WIFE. She trademarked the phrase- "Oga At The Top". In all, marry a good and smart wife.

A lot of people will be able to learn from his story that the reward for mistake is to get up, try to perform the task carefully again (second chance) but not to commit suicide. I am sure he felt like the ground should open and swallow him. I am also sure that his colleagues played a huge role in his wellness or else, he will not be here today.
