It actually is. The komodo dragon had to crush it's ribs to be able to digest the pig. The pigs diaphragm to caused the legs of the pig to stay straight out, which kept stopping the process.

This is not the same pig that was shown in the beginning because the dragon seemed to have exhausted even after a lot of efforts. However, this creature is amazing coz it swallows almost half of its size if the tail is not considered. Secondly, it is the only creature that has the capacity to digest the horns and legs of the animals. Superb creation by the nature!
