.... Bro actually you're speaking about the safety and it's good and helpful for viewers and the people planning to visit the dam.... But bro why didn't you talk about the two boys who was drowned.... How both the boys was drowned...??? What mistakes they have done....??? And how they died, they jumped into the water because the boat was not able to carry the load or they have drowned because the boat got capsized..... It will be good if you've said about the cause of their death and then narrate or give safety measures taking their examples... Anyway nice try... Atleast you did something to help your viewers....

In short he's telling the people to be careful while visiting this river( Doyang ) and to always wear a life jacket for those who use personal boat for their work purpose too coz it's people that can drive meets with n accident, people that plays football injured themselves, so as people that can swim dies in the river too so don't be confident that you can swim therefore, wear a life jacket .
