@@astridbroberg9746 that may be true if the hotel didn't have agreement to have them there, it's the hotel decision and stance that creates the problem. You cannot provide paid services to a customer and not tell them or dictate controversial issues knowing there may be issues on customers assumed paid rights. They have a duty to provide satisfactional services that might not offend or infringe their customers rights 😉 again this issues are based upon customers rights and not the controversial LGBT concerns. Hotel just made a bad decision

She had no right to verbally assault these people minding their own business...she was screaming profane things about genitalia in public where kids can hear...she did that just for attention and internet content

Ignorant, plain and simple. The hotel also are complicit by refunding someone who disturbed the peace on their property. Shameful ignorance. I sincerely wish that people educate themselves about many things including history and the fluidity of gender norms throughout humankind's past. If we all did this the future could be safe.
