Gym ek bahot wider word hai. Agar Gym me cardio nahi kar rahe to fir Gym kisi kaam ka nahi. Weight lifting exercise aur fitness ka koi lena-dena nahi hai. Wait lifting se sirf muscle mass badhta hai , jo heart pe pressure daalta hai to pump more blood. isliye cardio zaruri hai wo bhi ek limited intensity ka aur lambe samay ke liye. Cardio heart ki exercise hai aur swimming bhi.

Ishliye kahte hai jab kisi field me knowledge zero ho toh nhi bolna chahiye 😂 ye wahi log hote hai jo gym ko jym likhte hai par gyan mai bhagwan se bhi aage hai😂 Aise logon ke liye hi ye line hai( A little knowledge more dangerous than having none at all)

The main reason of Heart attacks in gym is Use of steroids by wrong way and cheaper method without knowledge. Lifting heavy in erroneous way, without proper posture and knowledge can give you some severe injury but not heart attack.
