Pomsta 6 - Pád Letadla
Přátelé, co se týče kamery, která je na skle letadla:
Jedná se o klasickou GoPro. Při vyhlídkových letech se
natáčí záznam na video. Dělá se to naprosto obvykle. Čili Erik o ní
pravděpodobně věděl, ale určitě nevěděl, že její záznam bude
sloužit pro Čeňkovu pomstu :-)
Ve videu je jen nešťastné vyjádření 3 skryté kamery. Ve skutečnosti
tedy 2 skryté kamery + plus klasická goPro z letadla.

dont worry its normal for pilots to not do anything or even sleep when already in the air because the important part of the flight is usually the take off and landings but for air traffic i guess maybe he has auto pilot but if he doesnt i guess he did take risks but they did just go on a loop

***** I don't know about in Czechoslovakia, but in many countries this would be considered an unnecessary risk and could mean big trouble for the pilot if the prank went bad. If they crashed the plane and someone got hurt or killed, the pilot could be found negligent and could be looking at a huge lawsuit. He could also be charged and do some jail time. Like I said, funny joke, but very stupid on the part of the pilot.

Yeh its not professional but a pilot like him to do that has lots of experience, besides if you watch him carefully you can see that he would open his eyes slightly to make shure the plane was going to spin. And he wouldnt be doing the prank in the first place and putting other lives in danger if he didnt think he had the experience.

David Fairbairn Yes, I'm sure he has a lot of experience, and we can see he was watching. But, I'm not talking about his experience. I'm saying that if he was American, the risk he's taking is a potential liability which is more of a legal issue. Like I said, I don't know about in Czechoslovakia, but in America there's a lot of things that could get a pilot like him into trouble here even if nothing went wrong. Some "victim" could claim they were "traumatized" and sue him for a number of things including personal injury. (and in America you can't bankrupt out of a personal injury lawsuit) Another thing is if he rented the plane, this would violate his rental agreement setting himself up for a problem. (maybe he owns the plane, but many pilots rent) If he works for an aviation company and this is one of their planes, he could lose his job. If his insurance company saw the video, they could cancel his coverage and he might have problems getting insurance from another company. If he owns the plane and does this for a living, lack of insurance could keep him grounded which would be obviously bad for business. These are just a few things I can think of off hand.
