All the people saying he is a bad captain and needs to step down, just think about the games he has saved as a batsman when all other top players failed consistently. He has backed the good players. I am upset to see raw talent like Umesh Yadav and Varun Aaron not getting the chances they deserve but I am sure there are reasons. He has given so many chances to players like Rohit Sharma who fails in 8/10 matches, consistent chances to KL Rahul doesnt justify but this man sees talent.
