An underrated band. Their hits were unique and had almost subliminal greatness... loved 'La Femme Accident' 12 inch, play it in a car during a midnight drive and you will realise the talent of these guys.

The genius of OMD is the most understated and overlooked in the history of Music. Forever Live and Die was the song that turned me onto them, and I bought their Best Of album in 1987 - talk about a revelation of mind bending discoveries! Simply one of the top 10 Bands to come out of the UK and certainly a band that also defined 80's Synth Pop Music.

One of the best bands of all time, I remember Electricity in the charts when I was about 8...it was out of this world to me, I got a keyboard for xmas because of it...I still play now, love playing my keyboards all these years later because of OMD. How Kraftwerk was to Andy and Paul is like what OMD are to me!

Great, great story.. Hitler's Underpants🤣 that's a really edgy name, a lot more than Joy Division. Good thing it was OMD that they picked, really ethereal and moody. Very first new wave/new romantics that I heard. I especially like their early experimental stuff. 🎹❤
