In the 1st flashback segment, it could be when he's in the Spring Bonnie suit cornered by the spirits. In the 2nd segment, It could be when the springlocks have gone off and William is just slumped down on the floor. And during the end, Fazbear's Frights could be on fire and Springtrap could then be swallowed by the fire.
