Virginia Beach Police unveil substation renovations

Virginia Beach Police officers are building up a whole new presence at the Oceanfront. On Tuesday, the department officially reopened a once-crumbling substation off of Pacific Avenue. Allison Bazzle got a look inside and found out where renovations stand on another substation in the area.
