I was at the Tobacco Road Cafe before heading to Wallace Wade Stadium. As good of a sports bar I ever been.

I was at the game . Stayed to the bitter end. As I exited the stadium, I spent time observing Hokie fans. They were completely silent and total dejected. I have no answers or ideas on how to fix this. Like everyone, I was so excited for the season. It's hard to believe that this time last year we had the exact same record of 5-6 , yet completely different mood and feelings.

Unfortunately, there is a solution. No one wants to admit this, but you have to move on from Pry. There is no bright future to look forward to, the future looks more bleak than year 1 of Pry. Your year 4 can't look bad when you have been pitiful in 3 straight years. Billy Ray is saying it right...We continue to be outcoached, out cultured (because we have NO identity) and this is a rinse and repeat. When the SoS are starting to see the light, and they are the most positive guys I know in terms of VT sports, then it is time to move in a different direction.

Need some inside info on whats going on with drones. I dont think it's injury related, ive thought that since the syracuse game. We dont hear anything about his injury until a couple hours before the game then multiple times during the game the announcers say its not for disciplinary reasons and then they say it's a back injury but he's on the sideline with a walking boot? Did he give up on the season? I see him transferring

Naw the injuries are legit, but I think he transfers for potentially more NIL money. But we might be OK elevating a Pop Watson next season

@HokieD1993 me too. I just thought that whole situation with the syracuse game was sketchy. His injuries have never seemed as serious as tutens but yet tuten is still playing

I was at the game and sat in the endzone section. Its sad how far VT has fallen. Duke is the better team. I don't think VT will ever ascend under Pry. Which is bowl eligible football. Tuten is best RB VT has had since David Wilson. Im 43. Ive watched alot of VT games. They don't have the stable of RBs the vintage VT teams had. Vintage meaning before 2012. It used to be whoever was in that backfield was a rampaging beast. After Tuten there just isnt any of that on the depth chart. FAU Charlotte and Tulsa all fired there coaches in less than 2 years on the job and those are FBS lightweights. Pry is in year 3. Why cant VT pull the plug on Pry?
