Allow me to correct the Cadets on the beginning history of Skipper. Skipper was originally conceived by retired U.S. Army Captain Homer Hickam a to have a response to Virginia Military Institute's "where's your cannon" way back in 1963!

WEST POINT has Cannons so when Army gets a touchdown same thing they Fire the cannons and the Spirit band plays On brave old Army team . Whats wired to me when they fire the Cannons it makes me flinch like jump . Cannons scare me but there awesome Wepons
