North Dakota Early Season Opening Day | Goose Hunting 2021

North Dakota early goose season is here and opening day was what dreams are made of! We kicked off the 2021 goose hunting season in a cut wheat field that had been a hot feed for a couple days in a row, but we thought it might be a long morning early on after the first group landed way short. Luckily the rest of the birds worked our setup just about perfect and we could barely keep our guns loaded.. Hope you enjoy!

As promised William got to watch it before bed. His official review… “I LIKE IT!!!!” New York is our early season destination as well. We have both friends and family up there. Thomas if you don’t make it up there this year let’s look ahead and see if we can’t figure something out for 2022. My family has a place on Oneida and a camp on the st Lawrence too.

I'm gettin' ready for a dove hunt this september in Ky and I absolutely love it! Even when there aren't many birds, it's fun to take shots at any bird that comes by. Goose hunting is definitely somehing I'd love to do at some point, looks like a lot more work and looks hot as well, but does look like fun if you get out of the field beofre it hits peak temp.

Pretty work bud. I can’t wait for our early season in NC. Not too much on geese in my area, but I still go. I remember you came down for our early duck season last year. This year it’s only going to be 2 days long in the eastern part of the state, but that gives us a few more opportunities in the late season when some birds are actually in other than woodies. Never looked till you asked our Canada Goose starts Sept. 4-26 never seen any so I don`t hunt them . That was a good hunt as always enjoyed it stay safe .

Yeah it's pretty much just scouting and getting permission. You can hunt unposted lands in ND but it's still common courtesy to ask a farmer before you hunt his field
