I've had really pants of poop years in 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2022 (like, specific things happened that were bad)... 2025 is the next '3-year cycle' year and for some reason I don't fear it at all. I'm going into this bad boy with a smile on my face! I remember at the end of 2021 being really panicked about the fact that my worst years fell on a 3 year loop and my daughter said that I was silly. You could have a snap shot page at the beginning of each month like what you do on your whiteboard. Then highlights at the top of those dates within the diary. With say mantras or reminders like “you’ll feel a squeeze this day but be mindful of your words etc and it will be fine” I literally write in my diary and also set reminders/ alarms in my phone from your monthly overviews. It helps me map big moves within my life and also if I’m feeling it, it helps me not stay in a moody sad whole as I know it’s a phase. I would adore a planner that has all of this built in. I’m imagining the layout now and my life needs it! 🎉🪩🤩💫 as I’m sure many others would
