It's true. There's a Scorpio Man in my life (and honestly I don't know if he's meant to stay or not), but in our short time together he has genuinely taught me to relieve and heal all of my built up traumas. It's so funny, the last time I met a scorpio (because honestly they're rare), it was a girl I was friends with in my youth 10 years ago in middle school, and that friendship changed my dynamic for friendships forever. I feel like Scorpios teach you to control your emotions and to think logically, and depending on what you have in your chart with your Virgo sun, that can really vary. What a moment! I literally yesterday did the family constellation… I’m in the process of healing the relationship with my mum - Scorpio ! I've been trying to do a digital detox and a social media quarantine as it causes me to overthink. The doom scrolling and constant checking on my SP/partner (LDR) causes me paranoia and anxiety. I've decided to reduce my phone usage and reduce my effort in a relationship for my mental health. Good thing too, as my partner just announced on social media that he's single without informing me. I'm still coping with all the sudden changes - God removing blockages in my life (my old living place that's left me in debt, a stagnant situationship, etc). I'm praying to move to a new place and a fresh start. Wish me good luck, everyone!

My PTSD and Panic Attacks are insane, like non stop recently... I do have medical issues but I can tell when something else is influencing it if that makes sense? I get flare-ups from my illnesses and they've been happening more and more frequently and I get panic attacks during them. I've been saying for a while now that I feel disconnected. Kind of like I'm in Freeze state. I'm using DBT Skills but with how powerful these flare ups are and the medical symptoms I'm trying to manage it's extremely difficult. Also, because of my weight gain I've been scared to run into anyone that I know.... I promise this is not judgment on anybody else but myself so I hope no one takes offense to that because I truly don't mean to offend anyone. Thank you so much for the reading
