Same here struggling in finances I’m so overwhelmed and trying to stay positive and focused. Hoping for better days. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. She’s all alone and her health is failing so I have no other option but to try to incorporate her into my daily life and hold her with love and self compassion. She’s growing older and, feeling lonely. I do incorporate self-care. I am a certified recently, a certified yoga and meditation teacher. I have decided to just teach my mom yoga and meditation and enjoy the time that we do have left with each other! I have a younger sister who is a strange from us for 17 years so it was always her my mom and I. Now it is just my mother and I and I’m trying to work on it! Love your energy and knowledge! Nailed it A a lifetime old friend & I “broke up” a few years ago. I was going through cancer treatment and felt she was just too toxic. There was an issue, too, that was the last straw for me. Lately she’s been contacting a mutual friend to ask her about me contacting her. I just physically and emotionally CAN’T and I go into PTSD even when her name is mentioned. I am not strong enough to say WHY I don’t want her in my life without hurting her.
