Ra!! My skin does that seasonally. Moisturize all day and use a mineral based sun protectant if you’re going into the sun. Kiehl’s and Cetaphil have moisturizing products that have simple ingredients that can help bring your skin back into balance. For the next few days use a creamy moisturizing cleanser & super rich moisturizer - no exfoliating - no rubbing - pat to cleanse & moisturize while your face is wet. Moisturize as much as you can through the day. I use Rose & Glycerin spray to refresh thru the day. The rose is soothing, the glycerin is moisturizing. You can also put a light face oil on top of your moisturizer at night, Kreole Essence Haitian Moringa oil is a good one. Hope this helps! 🫶🏽

I definitely would use aloe Vera to calm the skin and coconut oil it’s light and or cocoa butter. Fluids love, Drink water , keep skin moisturized also your electrolytes. Your electrolytes play a big role. Magnesium and Zinc my love.. Loads of love Rara!!!

I ended up being evicted after dealing with my person, one thing I fretted since I moved was not being able to take my bed with me but that’s the one thing I couldn’t find peace with since him & I separated. (I would sleep on my couch for months after and mind you I was pregnant) I was so upset that that was one of the things I couldn’t move with me in time. I use to try to cleanse my sheets and all after he would leave my house. This man really turned into an enemy
