Start doing daily deep breathing exercises - this is a must for you to heal inside and out and even to realize that it was meant to be this way by the universe. Try first 15 deep breaths with eyes closed - 2-3 times a day. It will shift you. Sit still and relax and do not watch TV - if you do it makes it that much more difficult to heal. Good Luck!
