Anybody want true happiness? 1. Detachment is key allow self and others freedom to be who they are if it ain’t working resonating change it or walk away to something else. 2. Do not force solutions - allow solutions to spontaneously appear 3. Detachment if freedom from unnecessary mental suffering . Letting go of what’s out of my hands other people’s behavior, choices, behavior outcomes and the flow of life. Nothing is permanent not pain nor joy not even us and that’s all ok . Loss, failure grief and rejection are all parts of life detachment won’t rid you of pain but it changes response to it .
