Baggage (in my experience) is a synonym of past experiences trauma,pain,etc not being healed before starting a new anything in our lives, for example,you’ve had a horrible love experience and you’ve been hurt,you’ve been deceived,etc, and at the end you go on with your life without taking your time to cry,to forgive whoever hurt you and/or forgive yourself or ask for forgiveness,so (in love matters for example)when you start a new relationship and haven’t healed you will struggle to go on as easily as someone who’s done the work, my grandma once told me, if someone stabbed your heart, heal it before you want to be with someone else or you’ll stab the new person because you still have the blade and when they hug you,they’ll be stabbed too, it’s a metaphor but I did get it and anyways learned the lesson in a painful way because I didn’t follow that rule.❤
