And what's the most it can pull because I'm like 220lbs.And I want to put bags of groceries in the basket.And I will be going up sand down some hills ? I want to get a bigger more comfortable seat.What is the names of the bigger comfortable seats ?

It all depends on how big the climb is, in general it will be able to ride with you and the load, but you’ll better still need to help turn the pedals as well. As for the seat, it can be replaced, I think there will be no problems with that. Local stores will help you with your choice.
