How to play nocturn in this meta? U dont because like with the most champions he want to play around his cooldowns- his r. Meta is a Total shitshow right now either u spam ganks 24/7 and play to god ur laners wont waste ale the time and effort u put into ganking instead of farming or taking obj to get stronger or u lose c enemy jungler ganked bot 32 times when u were trying to get 6 and botlane is in shambles
