***** Well I would not say, just because Russian borrow some of the techniques does not mean that ukrainian school and russian have almost the same techniques. And what's with Belarusian folk dance? they also have almost all the same? However, Lezghinka requires physical exertion, but lizginka bounce not so high and do not so low crouch jump as in hopak, becouse it's not necessary. Yes, even in appearance noticeable, that hopak requires more physical training and lizginka not. Almost all of the Caucasus can dance Lezginka, and just do anyone familiar with the dance, can dance lezginka. Video on the Internet, where almost everyone is dancing lezginka prove that this dance is not so difficult especially in terms of acrobatics.

A decade later, when our Maximum Leader was teaching in the public schools, a large, obstreperous boy in the back row kept mouthing off. Maximum Leader crossed the room in a bound (I am told) and gave him a boot in the rear that put him in orbit. The whole class was quite obedient thereafter.
