This challan has been marked to the court due to this reason payment option is not available. You have to approach concern court and move an application for disposal of challan there.

In most of the cases it has been seen, given reason is reflected in e challan website but that challan has been received in virtual court further. In my opinion, you must wait till 6 months from the date of challan for receiving your challan in virtual court. After that you can approach to regular court if challan would not be recieved in virtual court.

Sir mera abhi last week Uttarakhand me e-challan hua ha or wo RTO ne kiya hai jisme unhone ye dono niche diye offences lagaye h. But mere paas mera license bhi tha usi time but fir bhi 5000 wala kr diya. 1: Driving without effective DL. ( Section 181 of MV ACT 1988 )[Fine - 5000] 2: Using mobile phone while driving a vehicle ( R.21(25) of C.M.V Rules r/w S.177 of MV Act )[Fine - 1000] Mai delhi ka rehne wala hu or gaadi bhi delhi ki hai. So please guide me mujhe kya karna chaiye ki mera ye fine kam se kam ho jaye or challan settle down ho jaye. agar kahi online DL dikha ke 5000 wala maaf ho skta ho to please procedure bta dijiye ya fir jo bhi best option ho 🙏. Or kya dusri state ka challan delhi ki lok adalat me settle ho skta h kya ya nahi. Thanks in advance🙏

Nhi, Ye delhi ki lok adalat me nhi hoga. Abi aap ko kuch nhi karna h only court se notice/summon aane ka wait karna h. Challan me digital court banayi ja rahi h in case dehradun me agar digital court kam kar rahi hogi to aap apne ghar se hi challan dispose kara lange. Agar digital court nhi bhi work kar rahi hongi to regular court se summon aayaga date per jaker apna challan dispose kara sakte hai.
