It's been a minute since I last put out one of these demos. Here's a new one I just finished recording a few hours ago. This is what you get when custom mappers meet a music enthusiast. No DJ gear was used to record this mix, just a laptop and headphones.

I make all my playlists myself,something a Dj should always do anyway.As for where I get music,mostly KZbin for Videos and iTunes for high quality audio

KZbin videos sound great.Just make sure you're downloading them in HD.That is 720p or 1080p..As to how to download them,look for a plugin called 'Save From Net' and install it on your browser

If you have some internal sense of rhythm they'll just come natural to you.It's like you're drumming.And then there's no fixed pattern.Everyone will have different patterns.The only standard thing is the basic principles behind scratching.Looks like I may have to do a separate video about it all together

Are you able to record the video mix though on virtual dj? I've been unlucky recording a video mix as the output is always choppy, freezes and just plain horrible.

the famousdjx Yes it's possible to record video on VDJ and in fact in HD. It all depends on the specs of your PC
