This was truly a labor of love for Hope For Animals in service of our furry pals that need a home here in #Singapore.
As the current COVID-19 crisis strengthens its grip on our global consciousness, we are seeing a world-wide increase in abandoned and surrendered animals, as people’s lives are thrown into uncertainty, or misconceptions arise about the connection of the coronavirus pandemic with animals.
This first-of-its-kind weekly programme to raise awareness about animal welfare in Singapore spotlights different animals up for adoption, and their heartwarming stories, and even guest speakers to share their story or tips on animal care.
The pilot episode which Wayne appeared in was filmed and broadcast on 5 April before the #circuitbreaker live at Causes for Animals - Singapore, receiving a warm reception with over 24,000 views, and we are so heartened that some of the doggies did generate interest amongst potential adopters.
