Virtual Meditation on the Lawn - Vanessa Ochs - December 19, 2022

Virtual Meditation on the Lawn is a program of the University of Virginia's Contemplative Sciences Center and UVA partners. Held weekly during the school year, it is a series of short, 15-minute, drop-in guided meditation sessions led by facilitators including CSC contemplative instructors, UVA faculty and staff, and special guests.
The program is hosted by CSC and our University partners Compassionate Care Initiative, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), FEAP, Hoos Well, Student Affairs, and UVA Clubs. Virtual Meditation on the Lawn is free online to the UVA community and anyone else interested in pausing to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging with others so inclined.

Meditations begin September 12, 2022 and will be held every Monday through December 19, 2022, during the fall 2022 semester. Mondays, 7:45-8:00am ET.
