You can create Maximum of 5 VPCs, with maximum of 200 subnets per VPC. This limit can be extended if you speak to AWS. One interesting fact that I learned subnets are availability zone specific and VPC is region specific. VPC CIDR cannot be changes, however the new feature has been introduced by AWS where you can create a secondary CIDR.

1 account me per Region we can create 5 VPC - Per VPC we can create 200 Subnets. Every VPC reside inside Region. Subnets reside under AZ. Implied Router resides under Region. Every Subnet must have unique CIDR.
