Great presentation and explanation of this fantastic new opportunity of getting into virtual production without spending a fortune. Thank you! Love to see more like that from the Aximmetry world.

Glad it was helpful! Aximmetry is a great option if you want to see your final pixels immediately, and Jetset is great if you are willing to do some post production.

Thank you very much, you are the first person to give detailed instructions about it 🥰🥰

I am glad you liked it. I am just recording a video today on how to use the iPhone as a tracker with a cinema or mirrorless camera. It's basically the same as this, but with a few extra steps.

Awesome tutorial thank you sir. How can I use it over wifi, I'm trying to find a way to connect my iPhone to computer using a static IP but I'm failing, please I would be very thankful if you could help me

I would test it first over your normal wifi network and see how it works. The official Aximmetry video on Eye suggested the private network, but if your network is not too busy you may be fine with that. If you did want a private wifi network just for the computer and iPhone, you could get a second little wifi router and just link both of them to there. I don't think you'd have to do a static IP for that. You'll just have to do an ipconfig on Windows to see the computer IP and check your iPhone's wifi settings to see what its IP is. I use the automatic IP address to record facial mocap in iClone all the time and I don't have any problems.

Hello dear Thanks a lot for this video, it's helping us starting with Aximmetry by using a phone a Tracker before we invest in a more professionnal solution like VIVE MARS, however, i would like to know what calibrator material do you use? where do we find it? Thanks a lot

I have set up the network layers correctly but the aximmetry eye cannot connect to the PC

I'm not sure I have an answer on that. You can try at the Aximmetry forum, they usually respond within a day or two. my.aximmetry.com/posts

You are amazing for uploading this!!! Thank you so so much :) When I try to replicate this though, I don't get the add to project button. Did you also have to download the regular unreal engine along with the unreal editor for aximmetry? I notice you have the launch unreal engine 5.2.1 button at the top but I don't have any versions in my launcher.

Maaaaaybe you need Unreal Engine. I've always had it installed, so it could be that it's the case. It's almost like the Epic Games Launcher only sort of knows that UE for Aximmetry is installed.

@@hyperbolicfilms thanks!! Apparently only some of the assets in the marketplace can be added to a project. Admittedly, I was trying to add a different environment that took up less space. I'll try the one you added and see if it makes a difference

Hi, thanks for the video. I was wondering, what are your system specs? Or what do you think are the lowest requirements to do exactly this!? I tried finding system requirements but it basically says the best GPU you can get, and I'm trying to work with a budget.
@hyperbolicfilms6 ай бұрын
My system was top of the line in 2020, but is fairly dated now. Intel i9-10900KF 3.7ghz 32 GB RAM Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 Since doing this video, the largest size output I've been able to record without dropping frames is 2560x1440. UHD is a bit too much. HD is no problem. The GPU is what has the heaviest load on it according to Aximmetry's Processor Load info. If you want to shoot at UHD, you'll probably need a 4080 or faster, but it's hard to know without testing it.

I should also say that it is probably scene dependent. The scene I've been testing with is fairly complex, so that might be eating extra GPU.
