I know you were referring to the classic Genoese pesto, but pesto can also be made with, e.g., arugula (rocket), mint, parsley, pistachios or cilantro. All of these are ingredients in original italian pesto recipes and all of them give a green colour. Greetings from Austria.

Enjoyable quiz again Dale, we’ll done. Caused a bit of an argument in our household about Dinoco whether it was the fuel station in Toy Story first. Also, You could half the end “shout outs” by not saying them twice. Just say “wishing [name] a happy [age] birthday” and move onto the next. Looking forward to next week!
