Never visited kajaani, but seems pretty chill, a bit dead even. Wouldn't move there nor am i particularly interested in visiting, but seems like a pretty livable place. Personally i've enjoyed Tampere the most, it's a very lively place, not for everyone. Massive city with advanced infrastructure and all the services you will ever need. Some smaller places like Porvoo and my home town near Jyväskylä are really chill, love those too. If i ever move anywhere, it'd probably be in the Tampere suburbs
