Running along that shoreline is so relaxing! I’ve got a 60 min version in the wind. Communication is the name of the game. If you don’t mind a couple of short (pre warned) edits to run in the opposite direction you might enjoy the coastal views at Bondi for 60 minutes.

Hi everyone, Here is the channel's latest workout; a quick 30 odd minute coastal run. This is the updated version after I located a black screen area lasting 10ish seconds part way through. Enjoy and press that like thumb to play it forward for the channel. Apologies for not posting for a while. I had an incident at work which put me out of action for 13 months but I'm on the mend now. Thanks for this! I was confused for a while - how can we be running south if the sun is behind us? Then I remembered that it's in Australia! I've seen the sun in the north once here in Sweden, but that was the midnight sun.
